While PFQ's presentation may be professional in appearance, it's the message that gives it authority.   If you think about it, the popular music we hear on the airwaves sounds authoritative, but it is mostly based upon man's idea of wisdom - it's ultimately empty.   Many Christians today overlook the importance of referring to God’s Word, the Bible, as a road map and authority or "owner's manual" for life.   He is, after all, our Designer and Creator.   We often forget or ignore what He has already told us in the Scriptures.   Unfortunately, the world can sense the error and that can turn them away.   Could it be that we Christians need to study the Scriptures truly to renew our minds and to change our way of thinking on life’s important issues?   If we don't anchor our thoughts in the Scriptures, will we be surprised when we encounter difficulties of our own making?

The Plourd Family Quartet (PFQ) music ministry provides a refreshing look at our Lord and his Creation:

o       Jesus Christ - the One who bought each of us - the One we serve;

o       Family members - marriage and child-rearing;

o       The local church - its makeup, purpose, relationships and organization; and

o       The rest of the world - evangelism and governments.

God designed each of these relationships for us to embrace - to promote His order in the world today and for all eternity.
